HTP has experience of a range of new build and refurbishment education projects in both the public and private sector, in UK and Overseas. Projects include both primary and secondary schools as well as college buildings, libraries and theatres.

  • Independent secondary school campus in SW London
    A three year rolling programme of refurbishment and improvement to the existing buildings has included Sports Halls, changing rooms, swimming pool and music school. Special attention was paid to upgrading insulation and improving energy efficiency, including a new heat reclaim mechanical ventilation system for the pool Hall. Laboratories for the Junior School were also refitted and extended. A new sports pavilion was designed and obtained Planning Consent.
  • Hollyfield School, Kingston
    HTP arranged for the installation of extensive new services infrastructure over the entire School campus, and design of a new ancillary services building.

  • Greenwich Borough Council
    Eaglesfield School, Shooter’s Hill, Greenwich, Conversion of existing teaching spaces into reception area, changing rooms and club rooms for use with the new outdoor tennis centre (funded through Sport England and the LTA).
  • Haberdashers’ Aske’s School, Elstree
    Boys Preparatory School, comprising classrooms, common rooms and laboratories. Music School. Master Planning Study, Mathematics and Computer Centre, IT Centre and Library, Classroom extensions and upgrading, improvements to Swimming Pool, Arts and Design Centre, Refurbishment of School Offices (Grade 2 Listed Building). New Sports Centre.
  • Essex County Council: New schools in South Woodham Ferrers, Buttsbury County Junior School, and Billericay Quilters Junior & Infant Schools with an Indoor Pool. Extension to Basildon College, a School Refurbishment for Adult Education Facilities in South Ockendon, and the refurbishment and redesign of Basildon College to form a Tertiary College.
